A lot of pressure to be honest.

The only reason I would encourage someone to work in the Player Services department is if they are a high school kid looking for a little extra cash, or if they were desperate for the free golf. If you are a die-hard golfer, by all means...work there!

There is little to no upward mobility from within and you'll never get a raise. The management justifies the lack of promotions or raises with the benefit of playing free golf whenever you choose.
