      Have good benefits a good 401K match, well-centered and set up company that you know won't anytime soon

      Cons

      Such a big company you can become a number on paper and not have a personal touch, and some of the office drama can get a little crazy

      A Great place to learn.

      Cons

      Not a draw back for me, but if you have not worked shift work it maybe difficult to adjust to the job especially for some craft/technical positions.
