      Pros

      Rank and file staff are dedicated and care about what they work on. Pay was good for the role.

      Cons

      New CEO changed org structure and removed a lot of career development. Cultures & Values that were important felt very much scrapped under new leadership.

      Pros

      Most of the employees are chill and talented.

      Cons

      Promoting harassment and bullying behaviours from leads who want to be fully responsible for everything, but without being accountable. Long story short, if something is working, it's thanks to them, if it's not, the entire team is thrown under the bus. Massive ego issues underlined with insecurities.
