There is inadequate promotion with promises of titles but no salary increase. No one bothers if you decline your offer letter; this shows poor HR management. External hires are offered 35L annually for the One Lady Manager team, whereas internal promotions receive only a 4.9% hike. The managing director is skilled at giving mental torture, blaming others, appropriating credit, and stealing others' work. Despite numerous complaints leading to others being fired, this behavior persists unchecked. Additionally, for new joiners, they offer WFH, but current employees in difficult situations are denied this benefit.
