Pros

I dont even know what to write here right now.

Cons

All of the positive reviews on here are either from HR trying to bump the score up (very obvious) or managers that are so proud of themselves and are in the "OEC in crowd." This company is a sad place and it is only getting worse. So much has changed in the matter of 5 years and not for the better. A lot of mistreatment and poor leadership and management. Employees being undervalued and overworked. Favoritism, nepotism and major lack of career growth opportunity. The company is very top heavy. Workloads are not created equal. Major disconnect and communication issues across all departments. A lot of the "blame game" is played. This stuff has to stop. No one is going to want to come and work here with all of these issues. The negative reviews will continue until REAL positive change is put in place.
