      OEC was a GREAT place to work. Small company with family like atmosphere. Developed great products. Quick design cycles.

      Cons

      Since being acquired by GE Healthcare, culture totally lost to the big company, big slow moving bureaucratic organization.

      Culture was very pro-employee. Everyone wants to help with your success, and cares about one another. Great pay and benefits Great product Solid management Incredible training Positive work/life balance

      Pros

      Excellent paternity leave benefits and permissive time off Fast pace environment I have a good manager who really cares about my development. Great co workers and team environment

      Cons

      Not many opportunities to move around in the company. The organization can often feel like you put one team against another (Quality verses Supplier Quality or Production verses Design Engineering) The Supplier Qualitu organization is centralized. The central team in Wisconsin seems disconnected from the GE plant.
