      Pros

      Company is not cut throat - everyone has an opportunity to succeed and grow Leader in the industry Great customer relationships Great working relationships Profitable Willing to take risks

      Cons

      Still building processes Big disconnect between Exec team and rest of the organization regarding team challenges Talk about strategy but it seems forced - not something most people live every day Too much focus on "Great Place to Work" score. It is important but lots of non value add time spent on supporting it.

      A lot of employees have chosen to stay for a long time. Dependable employment. 4 10s for production employees. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Need more employees for the amount of work available.

      Pros

      There are a lot of really good people who work at ODL and generally a very positive environment. There is a good amount of flexibility to work remotely with usually at least one day in the office per week.

      Cons

      In some roles more than others it can be challenging to stay within the salaried hours. Supervisors tend to be flexible about when extra hours are worked though.
