Very stable. Great work life balance if you get the right manager. Never missed a bonus even through the downturn. They sell to their existing customers very well. Still a family business after all these years.
Cons
The good-hearted management is completely out of touch with the staff. Command and control business structure, micro management and seniority rule. A lot of people cashing checks just waiting to retire.

There are a lot of really good people who work at ODL and generally a very positive environment. There is a good amount of flexibility to work remotely with usually at least one day in the office per week.
Cons
In some roles more than others it can be challenging to stay within the salaried hours. Supervisors tend to be flexible about when extra hours are worked though.
