      Pros

      Privately owned company who develops, builds and sells its own products to customers around the world. Primary focus is on Windows and residential window treatments. Culture is developing as the company grows, matures, and develops. Company is at a prime point to grow into a great place to work. With opportunity for anyone who has good character and is driven.

      Cons

      Struggles with how to change and grow. When to have patience and grace and when to push forward. Has evolved into a sales driven company and needs to make better decisions about product offerings.

      Pros

      A lot of employees have chosen to stay for a long time. Dependable employment. 4 10s for production employees. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Need more employees for the amount of work available.

      Pros

      There are a lot of really good people who work at ODL and generally a very positive environment. There is a good amount of flexibility to work remotely with usually at least one day in the office per week.

      Cons

      In some roles more than others it can be challenging to stay within the salaried hours. Supervisors tend to be flexible about when extra hours are worked though.
