Transparent, strict but very clear guidelines, they are very fast to follow up and resolve all issues (if there are any) on the spot. Communication between agent-photog is great as well, very timely and professional.

I guess it would be that you can get a few food photography side gigs every month if they actually happen.
Cons
Stay away from this one! The worst of the worst for photography gig work.
They are basically handing you a list of restaurants that they got from DoorDash and expecting you to cold call them with the offer of a free photoshoot from DD for their DD menu page. Refusal rate is high and most restaurants don't take the shoot seriously so it will be very unorganized and cancellations happen often, making it almost impossible to set a schedule.
Ocus claims that they will compensate you for cancellations that occur within 24 hrs, but it's all through an AI driven system and they will make it damn near impossible for you to make a claim.
Shame on DoorDash for partnering with an outfit like this!
