Pros
Good social aim, good work life balance. It releases good scientifical projects with a social utility. It has proved its independency through the years, as you can see by the number of critics from the industry and the number of followers from the consumers.
Cons
Caos and burocracy. It´s really hard to release any new project, something that it´s a novelty for the company. Lots of internal fights.
