Solid technical foundation, capabilities and growth potential. Most of the management and staff are honest, hard-working and try to help the company succeed. Friendly atmosphere and the company has an admirable policy of not manufacturing weapons or related systems.

Inconsistent support of new business ideas and directions.. There are some key people who refuse to be pro-active in their roles and cherry-pick the work they want to do. When other tasks fall through the cracks, there is a LOT of finger-pointing and denial of responsibility. In all the years I have been associated with this company, management has never seemed interested in addressing this issue.

If you enjoy monotonous work with no change. It's alright.

Sometimes that work doesn't stay the same but instead gets changed suddenly with little to no training.
