      Pros

      This is a korean company. Get to learn and polish your technical skills, especially for fresh graduates. Meal subsidy, transportation and accommodation (for those who are from outside of Bintulu) were provided

      Cons

      there were years where there was no salary increment given, no bonus given. very lacking in safety awareness. In some department, promotion were given by favoritism.

      Pros

      1) Allowance 2) Free meal 3) Transportation provided 4) Hostel (for someone who not lived within Bintulu) and come with a prices too 5) Medical leave (difficult to claim btw, knowing their HR didn't do their work properly)

      Cons

      1) Challenging workplace distance 2) Exposure to hazardous environments 3) Looks good for Fresh Graduates but actually not, trust me because I used to be the one 4) Bad workplace (onsite) management 5) Very poor HR service, where they wouldn't even bother to update about your employment status, especially if you are new to their interview events 6) Culture favoritism among workers
