Pros

- fresh fruits and snacks at the office - sample sale for employees - some room for taking initiative and being creative

Cons

- difficulties to collaborate between teams and collegues since many insights are taken personally, rather than as a constructive feedback leading to improve the processes and functioning of the company - general lack of structure and many dynamic changes leading to big chunks of work being requested within a short time span and often later not even actually used since in that time strategy has already changed again - lack of transparency about money - salary is often "compromised" which means the base is lower than the industry average and the attractive rest is split into quarterly bonus however a person is not liable for their own bonus - if you achieve 200% of your target but the company-wise performance is below 90%, you will not get your bonus so in the end you are promised more and underdelivered, even if you outperform

We are always open to any kind of feedback on our working environment and welcome praise from our (former) team members as well as constructive criticism to become a better employer. I'm sorry to hear that you perceived our feedback culture as negative. For us, it's important healthy feedback culture. Hence, we have now made a feedback workshop a mandatory tool for all employees. This workshop ensures that we have a uniform body of knowledge on the subject of feedback within the company, as well as a common understanding. Last but not least, it provides techniques to strengthen competence in giving and receiving feedback. In addition to cultural topics such as feedback, we are also constantly working on our framework conditions, for example. Most recently, for example, on our bonus system. Pros

nice atmosphere with colleagues, family friendly, results driven

Cons

For a long time, the company lacked a long-term vision, went through numerous changes, and was eventually sold to a new owner in 2024. There was consistently high employee turnover and no clear development paths for staff. In my last two years there, I did not receive any performance feedback from my direct managers.
