      Was given the opportunity to work on career dev during business hours. Lots of spare time between real work. Opportunities for travel.

      Was made to do personality testing. Poorly communicated deadlines and policies. Low comparative pay. Consultancy struggling to stay afloat. Made to work 10 hour days at times.
