      Good location, walking distance from Train station. Desktop anywhere service ideal for working from AnyWhere, best work-from-home option.

      Cons

      One Man Show, Boss is always right with "Vertical" communication channel. Sub-continent style management with adopted western culture. No HR department.

      Pros

      The mission and the teens and young adults served is amazing work.

      Cons

      A leadership shift left to unsavory changes and a culture of cruelty, when I was there. Leadership has since changed and hopefully for the better.
