      Pros

      Great Entry-Level Job for a person who wants to gain some work experience. Staff is very friendly and believes in team work.

      Cons

      It can be very disorganized at times. And there seems to be a high turn over rate. So it tells you a little bit about the company. There was too much gossiping among employees.

      Pros

      The mission and the teens and young adults served is amazing work.

      Cons

      A leadership shift left to unsavory changes and a culture of cruelty, when I was there. Leadership has since changed and hopefully for the better.
