Pros

Big projects ,Big name worldwide.

Cons

My experience at this office was unfortunately very disappointing. Despite the company’s reputation, the work environment lacked professionalism, organization, and proper leadership. There was little to no clear hierarchy, with junior employees carrying most of the workload while receiving minimal guidance or support. Management was often unprofessional and disorganized, leading to constant confusion, poor communication, and unnecessary stress. Employees were expected to handle excessive overtime and work on holidays from home without proper compensation, while salaries and promised raises were delayed and below market standards. Overall, the company presents a much stronger image externally than what employees actually experience internally. The workplace culture felt chaotic, underappreciative, and poorly managed

Pros

OBMI offers a genuinely collaborative environment - globally and across every discipline, from architecture and interiors to branding, graphics, and marketing. Our portfolio is incredibly diverse, and we’re fortunate to work with some of the most interesting and celebrated clients and operators in the industry. There are also plenty of training tools and platforms that support continuous growth. But what truly sets OBMI apart is the people. You’re surrounded by a team that consistently has your back. No matter the challenge, there’s always someone ready to listen and help you navigate the best path forward. Whether it’s related to design, project management, or even HR matters.

Cons

The pace can be intense at times, which is typical for the hospitality design industry, but having a supportive team makes it more manageable.
