      Great benefits, flexible schedule, weekends off unless you hire on to work weekends and supportive management.

      Cons

      Long days when understaffed, route schedule comes in blocks throughout the day, you generally do not know your entire schedule for the day each morning.

      Pros

      Excellent people ...riders and employees. Upper management treats you very fair and they care for their drivers. Updated vehicles with new equipment. Safe place to work. Great moral standards from main office sets a phenomenal example and creates a very relaxing environment

      Most be organized and extremely patient
