Start at OATI as a Jr. Software Developer. Moved up to a Software Developer. Great place growing in a company.

No hybrid schedule. Lengthy training in the beginning.

Not many. The company itself is fascinating in regards to what it does for it's operations but that's really the only pro, other than that it's in a metropolis... pretty much, and you get to work with a roof over your head I guess.

I opened up to the HR head who was inquiring, about a mental health battle that I have been struggling with for about a decade now. I was fired without cause the next day.
