Pros

The title says it all, everyone working on this in-patient drug and alcohol rehab is completely dedicated to helping the patients with their problems. Staff treat each other with the same dignity and respect that they give our patients.

Cons

As a government agency, the accomodations are somewhat spartan, including offices. But it is always clean. Money and staffing are a little tight, but that's everywhere in the field tight now...this is not a private pay facility!
