Pros
Known studio in Brazil, that may be a good addition on CV when looking for jobs there.
Cons
Bad organization. Bad pay. ("We pay you based on how many jobs we got, which may vary every month", without any kind of access to those entering jobs. And the monthly salary always ending up being less than the told average.... Disrespect from higher hierarchy. A lot of internal political wars. Perhaps due to the fact there are more coordinators than actual artists working...?
