 Having Good knowledge of E-Beams regarding ICMR’s, NCSO, DTR, Service Requests etc.  Hands-on experience with Project Controls systems and procedures supported by current software applications – Excel, Primavera P6 (and earlier versions), etc.

Young and Fresh Graduates can take up responsibilities and learn a lot of new things.

Poor work culture. Graduates have to share room and travel with worker. Not discriminating, but there should be some limitations and control.
