Pros
It was a good place for an entry-level hire with little professional exposure to come in and learn the basics of project and account management. The role also exposes AMs to a range of services (i.e. translation, print production, copywriting / proofreading etc.), which, while not exactly the most glamorous of subject matter, can help build a strong background of service-based experience.
The teams are largely patient, friendly and inclusive.
Cons
Unfortunately, the core deliverables (read: menus) and client base (airlines) make for a stagnant business that is far from progressive on any front. They're effectively a dinosaur of a company that is struggling to modernize.
The organization is very flat, with little to no room for growth, and the pay structure was abysmal during my tenure. They're the definition of a mid-market company with (I'd imagine) little to no growth YoY.
