Pros

Clients are generally interesting to work with

Cons

The culture is like one I have never experienced before. Cliquey agency that looks down on newer members of the team. Very old fashioned way of doing ‘communications’ writing press release after press release and not thinking outside of the box. What you see on social media is just that, the ‘fun’ is not carried over into the working environment and it is a dire place to work, monotonous and flat.

Pros

O Agency has a very close team which makes everyday fun, engaging and different. This also helps when working on projects and coming up with new ideas, as it is encouraged to work together across all teams. We work with great variety of really interesting clients, which means no day is the same. I have had career opportunities which I have never been offered before, and been supported when wanting to learn new specific skills and to try new things. I have made genuine friends here at O who I hope to be friends for life. I love what I do and I love where I work so it never really feels like 'work'! A real privilege to work for and with an award winning agency.

Cons

Nothing bad or negative to say apart from more parking spaces!

Pros

I started as an intern which was a great opportunity to understand what agency life is like and get to know my team and clients. When I joined full time, I was able to own my work, working directly with clients from day 1. My team works with clients from diverse sectors that are always changing.

Cons

I feel lucky to work for an award winning agency that are hardworking and passionate about PR and marketing, If I had to pick one thing, I wish there were more employee benefits such as mental health training, eye tests, or tax relief on pension contributions
