Pros
On the production floor you have a lot of good hard workers.
Cons
Management is corrupt. low pay. minimal PTO. Incentives and Profit sharing are cut purposely to hit profit goals at the employees expense. They do not care about their employees which is why they have such a high turn-over rate.
