      This place will keep you busy on your toes. Never a dull moment. Always changing environment with new challenges. If that is your personality you can fit right in.

      Cons

      The environment might not be suitable for everyone. Equipment age and repairs is never ending. Production shuts down too many times due to aging equipment failures
