      Pros

      Fair(ish) salary; good pension benefits (once upon a time); management too busy fighting each other to resolve genuine issues.

      Cons

      Poor management and their in-fighting, bad decision making and bullying. Went from good to the worst management of any firm I have known, now reflected in the bottom line. Shocking really how a few people could destroy a good company in so little time.

      Pros

      -People are wonderful to work with. -Benefits are better than 99% of all companies. -Atmosphere is laid back yet driven. -Location is great.

      Cons

      -Management too laid back in many situations. Management will avoid conflicts at great costs. -Some if not all areas are understaffed.
