1- You learn how to value your own time and mental peace. 2- Due to the high turn over, you will be able to get a job by simply attending a job interview.

1- Psychological torture, I still have nightmares that haunt me till this day. 2- Top management (CEO and CTO) mock, belittle, and insult people daily in an abusive manner. They formulate it as a cold joke but it keeps escalating. 3- Bonuses and advancement are only in theory. 4- You will be fired for doing nothing wrong. 5- You might be asked to do something that compromises your ethics.

Great office facility and culture. You will be BUSY, world load is high but at the same time the easy going culture makes things better so you can get your job done.

The cons are more a matter of taste and preference (are Pros to me) - intense, never a dull moment - constantly changing - not for everyone - expectation to do great things - no sit back and relax attitude
