      Pros

      1- You learn how to value your own time and mental peace. 2- Due to the high turn over, you will be able to get a job by simply attending a job interview.

      Cons

      1- Psychological torture, I still have nightmares that haunt me till this day. 2- Top management (CEO and CTO) mock, belittle, and insult people daily in an abusive manner. They formulate it as a cold joke but it keeps escalating. 3- Bonuses and advancement are only in theory. 4- You will be fired for doing nothing wrong. 5- You might be asked to do something that compromises your ethics.

      Pros

      Great office facility and culture. You will be BUSY, world load is high but at the same time the easy going culture makes things better so you can get your job done.

      Cons

      The cons are more a matter of taste and preference (are Pros to me) - intense, never a dull moment - constantly changing - not for everyone - expectation to do great things - no sit back and relax attitude

      Pros

      A lot of possibilities to: - work remotely, flexible schedule - learn new and modern technologies - have knowledge transfer from experienced guys - keep work/life balance and many more.. Guys are always trying to improve the working process and make it more productive comfortable for everyone

      Cons

      Sometimes you have a lot of work and you need to switch between different tasks, schedule is not always being kept. Working process is not perfect, but in what company it is?)
