Unfortunately a series of bad decisions and knee-jerk reactions on the part of the executive leadership have compromised the college's position, sending them into a panic which has negatively impacted their ability to reach prospective students and hampered the efforts of staff who are ready and willing, but often unable to serve students the way they should be served. The current work environment is unstable which has prompted a lot of good people to jump ship and many more to work "looking over their shoulder."
