Pros

Reasonable salary. Career growth opportunities

Cons

Employees need to sacrifice their personal life . Round the clock work 12-14 hrs work some time its exeeds too. Target s pressure. Company expecting 3-4 times more than employee capability for that we should proceed ourself daily. Hourly updates talk time 6 hrs, we need to achive houly targets, Daily targets, rather than weekly targets / monthly targets. Which leads so many mental health issues. Major difficulty is we need to sign in a document where working employee need to responsible for legal consiquences or judicial /legal case, if we communicate customer about couse benfits like job garentyee, placements garentyee etc.

Pros

In a high ownership culture, employees get opportunities to take initiatives beyond defined roles. Fast growth environment with exposure to leadership, hiring strategy, partnerships, events, and execution. Strong focus on innovation and experimentation, especially with AI and automation initiatives. Young and energetic work culture with ambitious goals. Opportunity to build from scratch and create visible impact quickly. Leadership gives room for capable people to scale responsibilities rapidly. Exposure to startup-style execution and cross-functional collaboration. Strong mission-driven culture around student outcomes and employability.

Cons

Workload can become extremely high for high performers handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Role clarity and bandwidth management sometimes become difficult as responsibilities keep expanding. Processes are still evolving in many teams, leading to dependency on individuals instead of systems. Recognition and compensation progression may not always match the scale of ownership taken by employees. Frequent priority shifts can create execution pressure and reduce focus. Some initiatives rely heavily on manual follow-ups instead of structured automation/processes. Internal communication/alignment across teams can improve during fast-moving projects.
