Pros

Trainings are only pro which I could look at

Cons

1. If you come from non south Indian states, be prepared for discrimination. 2. You will hate company provided food, I have had to see worst things in food plates. 3. People are trained here to not speak with one other, if you do that you’ll be out of company. 4. They will go gaga over their core values, which is completely orthodox and needs to change. 5. You’ll be hired in sales but they will keep mum about incentives and will say it is a by product. 6. You are expected to work 10-12 hrs a day in silence meaning do not make any friends only have work colleagues who are limited to work and office. 7. If you fall ill and are taken to hospital, expect no one to come and see you. 8. There learning program costs a bomb at 2L and upwards per enrolment, no engineering student would be willing to pay for something which they can get at less than 5% of this from competition. 9. You will have appraisals at year end less than your first year CTC. (No more than 10%) 10. Mandatory retention bonus, which won’t be calculated for your appraisal.

Pros

In a high ownership culture, employees get opportunities to take initiatives beyond defined roles. Fast growth environment with exposure to leadership, hiring strategy, partnerships, events, and execution. Strong focus on innovation and experimentation, especially with AI and automation initiatives. Young and energetic work culture with ambitious goals. Opportunity to build from scratch and create visible impact quickly. Leadership gives room for capable people to scale responsibilities rapidly. Exposure to startup-style execution and cross-functional collaboration. Strong mission-driven culture around student outcomes and employability.

Cons

Workload can become extremely high for high performers handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Role clarity and bandwidth management sometimes become difficult as responsibilities keep expanding. Processes are still evolving in many teams, leading to dependency on individuals instead of systems. Recognition and compensation progression may not always match the scale of ownership taken by employees. Frequent priority shifts can create execution pressure and reduce focus. Some initiatives rely heavily on manual follow-ups instead of structured automation/processes. Internal communication/alignment across teams can improve during fast-moving projects.
