      Pros

      Great place to work. Very knowledgeable technical staff to support sales calls and implementations. Lots of independence, not micro managed. Great opportunity to learn the product development process. Work with the best, most cutting edge companies in the Bay Area.

      Cons

      If coming from another industry, it takes a while to pick this up. Working with PTC can be tiring.

      Good opportunity to be skillful in PTC products, Good company to build relation with customers and improve customer service skill

      Cons

      there is no hierarchy in management. So nothing to look upto in terms of career growth. Ridiculously low salary.
