Great people, terrible leadership - Sr. RF Test Technician Nuvotronics Employee Review

Leadership is full of themselves, make promises that they won't keep. They promoted those who are buddy-buddy with. One person in particular would never show up which would cause a bottle neck. Instead for fixing the issue they decided to promote then instead. No diversity in leadership/ management positions, mainly all white people.
