Working at this company was a consistently frustrating experience. A major issue was the workplace culture. Many of the individuals I worked directly with had an inflated sense of superiority, which led to a competitive, rather than collaborative, environment. Leadership lacked vision. The organization's direction was unclear, and internal communication often felt disjointed and reactive instead of strategic. This made daily operations unnecessarily difficult and future goals hard to trust. The head of security, in particular, embodied more drama than discipline—frequently behaving like a diva instead of a professional leader. It added to an already chaotic atmosphere that felt more performative than purposeful. Overall, I would not recommend this company to other applicants.

Some co-workers were helpful and skilled.

My supervisor blames everyone else for their own mistakes and refused to accept any input that could improve things. The anguish of being stuck in a role where no one is willing to fix glaring issues was unbearable. Policies were a mess, leaving us unsupported when dealing with difficult tasks. It felt like no one wanted to make the effort to address ongoing problems, and employees were left in the dark far too often.
