Probably the poorest work culture you will find anywhere these days. Long working hours in the name of work from home, 0 appreciation for work done, no processes in place, unprofessional senior management, vice president will smoke during calls and will make weird personal comments on employees. Avoid working here unless very desperate, tons of other companies are there where you can learn much more and in a much better environment.
