      Pros

      Sometimes there is free food. Other (non-management) employees were pretty nice

      Cons

      CEO is terrible; can't communicate without yelling. No organization whatsoever so tasks get shuffled around and forgotten. EVERYTHING has to be approved by the CEO first, which brings things to a standstill. Mandatory staff meetings on Friday evenings. Glad I got out early.
