Great place to work - Manager Nuvo Logistics Employee Review

Good salary. Good learning environment. Work life balance is good.

Don't look at salary package if you really want a stable and secure job. The worst thing about the company that they will hire you for a new project but you will never know when they will fire you ruthlessly. They've fired people who were hired about a month ago. You can get a call from HR any time that Nuvo is shutting down is operations and from next day you will have to search the job. Same they did in Pepper tap.

1 or 2 good people are there.

In last 3 years company started many new operation and closed it without prior information to employees,started papertap, last mile for multiple e-commerce and closed it with giving 15 days salary . And u again start looking for job that's why they do not allow you to directly interact with corporate team there will always people/managers who are middle man to handle communication. Nuvo basically on every 6 months do practical in market with new venture /startup if doesn't give profit they closed it without giving a single though a out employee.
