      Pros

      Work from home policy is the only thing which is positive.

      Cons

      No job security at all. They give 2 or 3 week notice period and fire. Nothing matters even if you are a top performer it doesn't matter to them. I could see lot of fake reviews on glassdoors. It's been a few months since we got salary on time. No salary revisions from the past 2 years. No work ethics, No regards for employees. Horrible work life balance.
