Very "clique" like atmosphere where you have to get in an "in" group to have your voice heard. Texas Management takes incompetence to a new level. Off site management does not have time to manage properly. Skeleton Crew on many vital company functions. Top down management structure does not listen to experienced or qualified employees. Incredibly high turnover. Just ask around you will hear. Its almost unimaginable.
