Pros
At the beginning, the culture was fun. But that was back in 2016.
Cons
- Management is a nightmare. No one gets trained properly and then employees get penalized for not being mindreaders.
- HR is a nightmare and does not help employees. AT ALL!!!!!!
- CHEAP!!!!!!
