      The mission of the Company is admirable, and coworkers are nice and willing to help each other and watch each other's backs.

      Cons

      Upper management is unprofessional, unethical and verbally abusive to staff in front of other coworkers; no work life balance; very disorganized; constantly in a reactive vs. Proactive mode. Absolutely no job security.

      great company to work for. I enjoyed my time there and the room for growth was amazing.

      Pros

      Easy workload, free meals, fair work life balance 10AM-6PM not bad for 24 an hour with the option of 6AM-2pm and weekly pay.

      Cons

      Unaccountable team, weak management, no structure so it's tough implementing changes for the better. Promises and agreements never happen. People stay from a week to a few months. Seniority is stuck in their ways. Atmosphere is cliquey.
