      The company takes the feedback of their employees seriously and puts them into practice. They also show great care in the individuals they hire. There was a good training program in place for me from the start. The upper management and human resource department are also very accessible with any questions that I have had along the way. I would recommend working for this company to anyone interested in a rewarding career in food services.

      Pros

      Easy workload, free meals, fair work life balance 10AM-6PM not bad for 24 an hour with the option of 6AM-2pm and weekly pay.

      Cons

      Unaccountable team, weak management, no structure so it's tough implementing changes for the better. Promises and agreements never happen. People stay from a week to a few months. Seniority is stuck in their ways. Atmosphere is cliquey.
