      Company grows year over year. Lots of growth potential. Work with some of the largest brands in the world on a daily basis.

      Pros

      The owner deserves better than what he is getting from his managers. The managers don't really seem to care until there is a problem. Instead of being proactive they're typically reactive.

      Cons

      Terrible company all around poor management terrible communication.
