Pros
There are some great employees who are smart, hardworking and have a passion for helping people.
Cons
Unfortunately there is very little support from the leadership team and no professional development opportunities so employees are not set up for success. They really only care about the bottom line and don't do anything to make sure employees are happy and healthy. Feedback is lacking and communication is not good. There is an overwhelming sense of secrecy and a lack of transparency with big decisions. The pay is very low and benefits aren't good and it's very difficult to get a raise or promotion or even recognition for a project. The culture they have created has become very negative and there is no one to talk to because they don't have an HR Director. They have also aligned themselves with some questionable "experts" at times.
