      Pros

      The job came with a lot of perks that most jobs do not have. Lunch was always provided. It was simple sandwich and chips but better than nothing. If branch did well, they took a trip to Mexico every other year or so. Admin meetings had business and a some down time to have fun. Good branch Christmas parties.

      Cons

      You do have to know the Ag culture to fit in. Hours can be very long as you run on a farmers schedule.

      Collaborative but individual work too. A lot of traveling to different sites

      Good pay & bonus structure Most employees are great to work with Great benefits & 401k match

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
