      Pros

      The company's footprint allows for the opportunity to learn about a significant portion of the ag value chain from the inside out. Nutrien's employee base is, in the majority, made up of passionate and dedicated people showing up to work hard and do their best on behalf of the company and industry at large.

      Cons

      Consistent change in leadership over the last 5-6 years has been challenging to navigate, although it's been necessary and net positive for the company to evolve post Agrium/PCS merger.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
