      Pros

      The benefits are great- on par with any other company of this size. Good 401k match, great health insurance. Pay is average to slightly under industry standards.

      Cons

      Lack of direction, constant conflict, long hours with no support. Poor sales management, especially. Morally unfit managers. Very little upward career movement potential.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
