      Pros

      This company does seem to have a vision and seem to be working towards it. I agree that they do want to make sure they effectively Feed The Future.

      Cons

      You have to be able to tolerate ambiguity and a bit of chaos. The company culture can be confusing as the various companies that merged together do not seem to have fully meshed.

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
